My name is Dirk Vanopbroeke, and in 2015 I deliberately chose to further develop my life and career on the sunny Costa Blanca in Spain. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for service, I founded my own company here, where quality, trust and personal service are central.

What started with keyholding and professional cleaning services has grown into a total concept in which customers are completely unburdened. Thanks to obtaining my API number, I am active within the real estate sector, where I have specialized in both resale of existing properties and guidance in the purchase of exclusive new construction projects on the Costa Blanca.

My approach is distinguished by a personal and committed way of working. Every customer is unique and deserves a tailor-made service. I am known for my accessibility and flexibility: I am always available to assist my customers, regardless of the moment or the demand.

My services therefore go much further than real estate alone. From keyholding and maintenance to supervising inspections, administrative support and technical matters such as the inspection and conversion of vehicles — every detail is treated with the utmost care. Even taking care of the first groceries on arrival is part of my service, so that my customers feel right at home.
